Breathwork
The Power of Breath
Breath is one of the most powerful tools I work with.

Through conscious, guided breathing I help participants come closer to their bodies, deepen their presence and explore their emotions and inner resources.
My breathwork sessions can be both powerful and gentle.
We work with rhythm, music, breath, relaxation and body awareness.
I create a safe space where participants can let go of everyday thoughts, meet themselves and discover new perspectives.
I offer
- Individual sessions
- Group sessions
- Corporate events
- Workshops
- Festivals

The session
What happens in a breathwork session?
You don’t need any previous experience. I guide you through the session, and you always adapt the intensity to your own circumstances. The experience can vary from person to person and from one session to another.
- 01
Arrive & prepare
We begin with an introduction and preparation. You have time to settle in and share any questions.
- 02
Guided breathing
Peter guides you through breathing with music and body awareness. More active periods can alternate with relaxation and stillness.
- 03
Land & integrate
Afterwards, there is time to rest, land and reflect on the experience.
Is breathwork for everyone?
More intensive breathing exercises may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular, neurological or other serious medical condition, contact Peter before participating. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when needed.

Peter’s Breathwork
Over the years I have started combining my experience from breathwork, hypnosis, mental training and sport.
I am especially interested in how we can use the breath to shift our mental and physical state.
From stress to focus.
From uncertainty to confidence.
From nervousness to presence.
I am exploring how breathwork can be combined with mental anchors, visualisation, mental training, focused attention and techniques inspired by hypnosis. The purpose is to explore ways of deliberately moving between different mental and physical states.
A mental anchor is a learned association that can help a person recall a desired emotional state.
My ambition is to explore how breath and mental training can create simple, useful tools for everyday life.
I see particularly exciting possibilities within sport, performance, personal development and mental preparation.
Peter’s Breathwork is a method in development, based on Peter’s practical experience and exploration.
