Malmö Tantra Festival – Peter leads the session.
A tantric breathwork session during the festival's temple night. Through conscious breathing, movement and touch we let go of held tension and allow life force to move more freely through the body. There is no particular outcome to reach – we meet whatever arises with curiosity, softness and trust. Bring a cushion, yoga mat, sarong and massage oil.

A morning session with the breath in focus. Conscious breathing is combined with soft, intuitive movement to release tension, awaken vitality and bring more clarity and presence to the day. No previous experience needed. Bring a cushion and a yoga mat.
Harmoni Expo – Peter is exhibiting with Olylife.
Peter is exhibiting at Harmoni Expo, the Body & Soul fair at Solnahallen. You will find him in Hall C, row 1b, where he presents his work with frequency and wellbeing. The fair is open Saturday and Sunday 10.00–18.00.
Peter also works with individual sessions, private groups, companies, sports teams, retreats, festivals and tailored workshops.
